Other reported activities include the detention of Nguyễn Hữu Hiểu in Cần Thơ for drug trafficking and the arrest of Mai Nguyễn Như Ngọc and Nguyễn Văn Phương in Thanh Hóa for organizing illegal departures to Cambodia using ‘easy work, high salary’ lures. Additionally, police in Nghệ An detained approximately 30 individuals at the Bảo Sơn apartment complex on suspicion of illegal drug use. Other recent actions include the prosecution of a business owner in Dong Nai for selling counterfeit luxury goods.
