Legal and administrative disputes in Licata

In a criminal case regarding an arson attack on the Omnia waste depot that occurred in January 2024, an Italian court issued sentences for those involved. The court identified Carmelo D’Antona as the material executor of the fire, receiving a 14-year prison sentence.
