Legal proceedings against Anthony Di Nardo

Overview

Former Belle Property franchise owner Anthony Di Nardo faces multiple criminal charges following a police investigation in Newcastle, Australia. After three additional women came forward, the total number of alleged victims rose to eight, resulting in 19 charges against Di Nardo. These include aggravated sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, aggravated sexual touching, intimidation, and supplying small quantities of cocaine.

In a separate legal matter, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) denied Di Nardo’s application to lift a license suspension. NSW Fair Trading had previously suspended his real estate license until July of the following year, concluding he was not a ‘fit and proper person’ due to ‘a pattern of inappropriate behaviour’ while in a position of authority. This suspension has prevented Di Nardo from launching a new brand, Prestige Real Estate Agent, as he proceeds with an appeal.
