Leipzig urban skatepark development

Leipzig is implementing various urban sports initiatives to expand skate and roller sports facilities within the city.

This facility uses flexible track elements to support users of BMX bikes, scooters, skateboards, and skates. The initiative aims to promote physical activity and social participation among children and adolescents, aligning with the city’s ‘Ökotopia’ open space design and European Mobility Week themes.
