The streamer, GH Rell RJ, identified as 19-year-old Jean Almeida Hilário, has been summoned to testify. While Hilário issued an apology, characterizing his actions as “street entertainment,” he also leveled accusations of racism against the actor.

Disputes have also emerged regarding the location of the harassment; while Rock in Rio organizers claimed the incident occurred outside their security perimeter, Gonçalves stated he was within the festival's physical barriers at the time. He noted that the organization had not contacted him directly regarding the matter.
