Lithuanian social innovation funding
Overview
Lithuania has announced the allocation of nearly 24 million euros to foster social innovation. Sourced from the 2021–2027 European Union investment program, the funds are intended to improve the quality of life for vulnerable groups by supporting the development and testing of new solutions in education, health, and social protection.
The Central Project Management Agency has launched a call for proposals titled ‘Creation and Testing of Social Innovations’. This initiative aims to implement practical products, services, or models to address social challenges while strengthening the social innovation ecosystem through consultancy, monitoring, and increased public awareness.
