The Administrative Contracting Court of the Community of Madrid partially overturned tender specifications for new Comprehensive Women's Care Centers (CIAM). The court ruled that certain clauses in the tender documents risked fundamental rights, including the right to strike and freedom of association. Consequently, the Madrid City Council must modify these specifications before the bidding process can proceed.
