Following an investigation by the Ministry of Health’s Professional Responsibility Board, judicial permission was granted to investigate a general surgery specialist, an anesthesiology and reanimation specialist, and an anesthesia technician.

As of the report, the general surgery specialist has been released under a ban on traveling abroad, the anesthesiology specialist is under house arrest, and the technician has been released under judicial control measures.
