In late July 2026, the Federación Económica de Mendoza opened registrations for the Premio Joven Empresario Mendocino 2026, a provincial award for entrepreneurs aged 18‑40. The competition, covering categories such as innovation, social impact and international projection, set a deadline of 10 August and scheduled its ceremony for 18 August. A few days later, the Federación de Mujeres Empresarias reiterated the August 10 closing date for award applications and highlighted a parallel initiative: Mendoza Coopera 2026, a cooperative‑sector summit organized by the Ministry of Production for 6 August. The event aims to provide training, networking and insights into cooperative models such as Mondrágón, featuring speakers from the Basque Government and other experts.
