During the ceremony, she unveiled a plaque and emphasized that the military’s mission includes maintaining peace, respecting human rights, and supporting the population during natural disasters. She reiterated the principle ‘la patria es primero’ (the homeland comes first), noting the institution has graduated nearly 27,000 cadets over the last five decades.
