Additionally, 286 legal entities were sanctioned, with 222 receiving fines and disqualifications. Regarding criminal accountability, 53 public officials have been linked to criminal processes for corruption-related crimes. The agency continues to collaborate with the Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa and the Auditoría Superior de la Federación to strengthen public management.

Raquel Buenrostro Sánchez, head of the SABG, noted that Mexico currently ranks fifth among OECD countries for citizen trust in the national government and eighth in trust in public service.
