Overview
The KIKIMORA KALBAH III techno party at Brázdova Mlýn near Meziříčko, Czech Republic, expanded from a planned weekend event into a six-day gathering. The event attracted more than 3,000 attendees, primarily foreign nationals, and resulted in over 700 vehicles being parked in the vicinity.
To manage public order, traffic, and security, police maintained a presence from August 20 to August 25. Law enforcement issued 35 fines for traffic violations and identified ten drivers who tested positive for substances such as cocaine, amphetamines, and marijuana. Additionally, 51 drivers suspected of driving under the influence refused medical examinations for biological sampling. Authorities also addressed alcohol-related offenses, including motorists with blood alcohol levels exceeding 1.0 promille, and imposed bail totaling 395,500 CZK on 31 individuals to ensure participation in administrative proceedings.
