Overview

Major South Korean construction firms are competing for large-scale reconstruction projects in the Mokdong area of Seoul.

Daewoo E&C has partnered with the Denmark-based Urban Agency to develop the ‘Infinite Prism’ exterior design for the Mokdong Complex 8 reconstruction. The broader Mokdong reconstruction initiative involves 14 complexes and is expected to create a residential hub of roughly 47,000 units, with a total estimated value of 30 trillion KRW.
