Overview

The National History Museum of Moldova in Chisinau serves as a central institution for researching and preserving the nation’s historical heritage. Its collections include exhibitions such as ‘Pages of Multimillennial History,’ which covers regional history from ancient times to 1940, and ‘Treasures of the Past,’ featuring gold and silver artifacts. Some items, such as a cavalry standard reconstructed from historical drawings, have been documented in the Encyclopedia of the Republic of Moldova and utilized in military parades.
