These audits identified 504 irregularities, including failure to record goods, non-payment of taxes, and unregistered employees, resulting in 743 misdemeanor warrants and approximately 2.5 million euros in fines. In Herceg Novi, intensified inspections between July 1 and August 22 yielded approximately 660,000 euros in fines, with officials warning against the use of dual software to bypass fiscalization.

By late August, the scope of enforcement grew to include over 11,000 inspections conducted between July 2 and August 22. Milutin Butorović, the Minister without Portfolio and coordinator of all inspection services, reported that approximately 110 inspectors were deployed to combat the shadow economy, specifically regarding fiscal receipts, permits, and employee rights. These broader operations resulted in over 9,700 misdemeanor warrants totaling 6.8 million euros.

Notable enforcement actions included a raid in Kotor where goods worth approximately 100,000 euros lacked proper markings, and a joint operation with police and customs that uncovered three warehouses containing nearly 5,000 items valued at roughly two million euros. Monitoring has also been intensified in northern regions, including Žabljak and Kolašin.
