Overview

In early July, the municipal venue MUNAL began a series of free performances, showcasing the German Choir Ensemble and the National Opera Studio.

Throughout August, Munich’s Theatron Musiksommer continued the free‑concert initiative, extending the program to nearly 100 shows across classical, pop, jazz, world‑music and indie genres. The open‑air series runs in Olympiapark’s amphitheater until 22 August, with daily evening concerts, a special family concert on 9 August, and nightly fireworks concluding each performance.
