Narcotics investigation and arrests in Córdoba

Overview

In Córdoba, Argentina, authorities arrested a 58-year-old woman and her 16-year-old grandson following a narcotics investigation. The Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico conducted four raids in the Las Flores II neighborhood after receiving an anonymous tip.

During the operations, police seized 137 doses of cocaine, 42 doses of marijuana, and 289,000 pesos in cash. The Ministerio Público Fiscal de Córdoba reported that two of the raided properties functioned as drug sales points, while two others were used for storage. The grandmother was already serving house arrest for a previous narcotics-related offense. The suspects remain in custody under the oversight of the Anti-Narcotics Prosecution Office.
