Further operations reported on 28 July show a coordinated national effort. The Nigeria Police Force, with INTERPOL, retrieved two stolen vehicles trafficked to Burkina Faso. In Edo State, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency and the army seized 1,359 kg of cannabis and arrested two traffickers. Akwa Ibom, Katsina and Kano states also reported arrests, vehicle recoveries and the interception of cattle rustlers, including the recovery of 20 cows and 56 sheep in Katsina.
