Dr. Aminu Maida, Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, noted that approximately 25 million Nigerians live with at least one form of disability. He emphasized that digital inclusion is essential for reaching a $1 trillion economy and urged increased investment in homegrown technology to bolster Nigeria’s digital sovereignty and reduce reliance on foreign software.
