Overview

The fourth edition of the Niterói Expo Geek festival was scheduled to take place on September 12 and 13 at Caminho Niemeyer in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. The free event, described by organizer Alexandre Lage as a ‘live magazine of the geek universe’, aimed to attract more than 30,000 visitors.

During the event, Mayor Rodrigo Neves noted the festival's growth since its 2023 debut, which had approximately 6,000 attendees. The Niterói Empresa de Lazer e Turismo (Neltur) also maintained a presence at the site to showcase local tourism.
