Noemi Italian tour – injury and return to stage

Overview

In late July 2026, Italian singer Noemi suffered a stage fall in San Salvo Marina, injuring her right wrist and sustaining a head injury. The accident occurred on the night of 19–20 July while she was performing ‘Briciole’. After a brief hospital stay, she was cleared to resume performing. On 23 July she confirmed a revised summer itinerary, with the tour restarting on 16 August in Bisacquino and continuing through early September. Two previously scheduled shows – Iglesias (26 July) and Circello (3 August) – were cancelled. A detailed schedule released on 27 July moved all affected dates forward by two weeks, adding concerts in Grisi, Carpino, Balsorano, Bortigali, Casteldaccia, Aidone, Marina di Pietrasanta, Riccione, Siroro, Vicenza, Scafati, Siderno, Zafferana Etnea and Zappone, ending the summer leg on 13 September. Tickets for the original dates remain valid. Autumn theatre performances are set for 14 December in Milan and 22 December in Rome. The municipality of San Salvo Marina also postponed the fireworks display that had been planned for the night of the accident. As of 31 July, Noemi remains hospitalized for immobilisation and rehabilitation after the fall, wearing an orthopedic collar and wrist brace. Doctors report a non‑displaced acetabular fracture, a broken fifth vertebra and a head contusion. She expects bone callus formation within about thirty days and has reiterated her aim to return to live performances on 16 August in Bisacquino. On 17 August, Noemi returned to the stage using crutches. Despite medical advice to allow for a longer recovery, she performed while seated, stating that music provides the opportunity to ‘feel stronger and find energy’ and expressing that, ‘I am very happy to be back on stage, I missed singing these weeks.’
