Overview

Pakistan is facing a severe energy supply crisis involving rising fuel costs and disrupted liquefied natural gas imports. Plans are also underway to develop a major petroleum storage and refining complex in Hub, Balochistan, intended to serve as a regional energy corridor for Central Asian and Chinese markets.
