Global coffee brands reported a shift toward premium whole‑bean offerings, with grain‑coffee sales rising about 20 % in the United Kingdom and similar growth in France, Italy and Germany. In August Panama confirmed the World of Coffee 2026 will run 23‑25 October at the Panama Convention Center, expecting roughly 13 000 participants and more than 320 exhibitors from over 30 nations. The program will feature exhibitions, cupping sessions, training, and showcases on sustainability and technology, aiming to strengthen Panama’s reputation for specialty coffee and expand market links for Geisha.
