Construction of the complex utilized modular components that were assembled in two days. During the official opening ceremony, residents spoke about the personal impact of transitioning from the streets to a permanent home. While the site includes a parking lot, management noted that most tenants do not own vehicles, and services are available to assist residents with medical appointments and errands.
