Design requirements prioritize accessibility, landscape solutions, and the integration of archaeological structures. Due to the site’s location within the historical ‘Philippopolis-Trimontium-Plovdiv’ zone, all plans require coordination with the National Institute of Immovable Cultural Heritage. Mandatory features include a tourist center and 24-hour accessible restrooms.
