In Barabanki, a constable named Kapil Tiwari became the subject of a formal investigation after a video surfaced showing him threatening a driver, Vishal Yadav. The footage reportedly captures Tiwari stating he would beat the driver in broad daylight. Police officials noted the dispute began when the driver allegedly used offensive language during a patrol encounter. The Superintendent of Police has ordered an investigation to confirm the facts before taking departmental action.
