Pomeranian Philharmonic expansion in Bydgoszcz

Overview

In late July 2026, a contract worth 380 million Polish zlotys was signed to expand and modernize the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz. Key additions include a 350-seat underground chamber concert hall located beneath Krzysztof Penderecki Square, featuring advanced digital signal processing. Due to the construction, musicians from the Filharmonia Pomorska Symphony Orchestra and the Capella Bydgostiensis are performing at alternative venues.
