Primavera do Leste socio-environmental education project

Overview

The municipality of Primavera do Leste concluded the ‘Educando com Arte’ (Educating with Art) project, a socio-environmental education initiative. Developed by Rumo and Prosul in partnership with the Maria Dallafiora Costa Municipal School, the program focused on teaching students about environmental preservation, selective waste collection, local flora and fauna, and railway safety.

To mark the project's conclusion, students engaged in creative activities such as drawing contests, model building, and a fashion show using recycled materials. School director Laudicea Stresser indicated that the partnership is intended to prepare students for upcoming municipal changes related to new railway developments, specifically regarding safety norms and local integration.
