Governor Alejandro Armenta Mier introduced new financial incentives, providing 10,000 pesos to representatives for expenses, alongside performance-based rewards for CONADE competitions ranging from 10,000 pesos for bronze to 50,000 pesos for gold. Long-term infrastructure goals include the development of a ‘City of Sports’ and a covered Olympic pool.
