Efforts are also directed at resolving bottlenecks in land use and planning. Furthermore, Quang Ninh has launched a long-term development strategy for the semiconductor industry spanning through 2030, with a vision toward 2050. A key component of this strategy involves developing a concentrated digital technology zone in Tuan Chau to attract high-tech investment and integrate the province into the global semiconductor and electronics value chain.
