José Manuel Rodrigues, the Regional Secretary of Economy for Madeira, requested urgent measures from the Ministry of Environment and Energy to prevent interruptions to the Vitória Thermal Power Plant (CTV3), which provides approximately 35% of the region’s thermal energy production capacity.
