Rieju Coaster motorcycle series launches

Overview

Spanish motorcycle manufacturer Rieju has expanded its custom motorcycle segment with the introduction of the Coaster series.

The lineup began with the unveiling of the Coaster 407, a model featuring a 384.5 cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine, an automated manual transmission (AMT), and electronic aids such as traction control. It was designed for highway use and aimed at riders transitioning from scooters.

Following this, Rieju launched the Coaster 125 V2. This model is tailored for riders with a standard car license and utilizes a liquid-cooled 124.7 cc V-twin engine. While smaller in displacement, the 125 V2 shares design elements and several components with the larger Coaster 407.

Rieju is further expanding the series with the Coaster 125, a custom-style motorcycle scheduled for release in Europe this September. This model utilizes a liquid-cooled V-Twin engine producing 13.6 CV, a six-speed gearbox, and a belt final drive. In Spain, the motorcycle can be operated with a standard car license (Category B) if the driver has held it for at least three years.
