In mid-September, a Datafolha poll placed da Silva at 18% of intended votes, ahead of Carlos Jordy (PL) and Carlos Portinho (PL), who were tied at 10%. Other candidates such as Pedro Paulo (PSD), Marcelo Crivella (Republicanos), and Monica Benicio (PSOL) trailed with lower percentages.
By late September, a Quaest poll reported da Silva with 15% of voting intentions, while Jordy and Portinho remained at 10%. When measuring only the first choice for the Senate, da Silva’s lead increased to 24%, followed by Jordy at 13%. Undecided voters and non-responses accounted for 21% each in the latter survey.
