The companies intend to explore cross-selling opportunities and connect loyalty programs to create a seamless vacation experience spanning both sea and land.

The partnership will be governed by a joint board co-led by Royal Caribbean Group Chairman and CEO Jason Liberty and Sandals Executive Chairman Adam Stewart. The Stewart family will retain the remaining 50 percent equity stake. The deal is expected to close in early 2027 and is being financed through debt secured by Morgan Stanley.
