Ryanair boarding dispute incidents

Incidents involving Ryanair boarding denials have been reported at different European airports.

In Barcelona, Czech singer Sebastian Navrátil reported being refused boarding for a flight to Prague. The dispute involved a camera tripod that did not initially meet size requirements. Navrátil stated that despite disassembling the equipment, staff blocked the group from boarding and offered a new ticket for the following Monday at a cost of €200.

Separately, at Václav Havel Airport Prague, a passenger attacked four Menzies Aviation ground-handling employees at Terminal 2. The confrontation occurred after the woman was denied boarding on a Ryanair flight to Rome due to a late arrival. During the incident, the passenger bit an employee. Airport police detained the woman, and authorities are investigating the matter as disorderly conduct.
