Santa Cruz social and educational development programs

Overview

The government of Santa Cruz has initiated several social development programs focusing on labor and education. Initially, the province launched a training program for 300 workers in the Northern Zone to align skills with the energy and mining sectors.

Subsequently, the provincial educational system introduced support initiatives including the distribution of sports supplies and footwear through the EduActiva program. Furthermore, a 12-week training program for approximately 100 educators was launched to focus on leadership and emotional intelligence, while rural secondary schools organized multi-sectoral meetings to provide vocational guidance and activities for students.
