Analyses, including those by John Ioannidis, suggest significant flaws in medical findings, with high percentages of non-randomized and randomized studies cited as potentially incorrect.

Furthermore, discussions have emerged regarding a perceived ‘long march through the institutions,’ a concept suggesting that Western universities are being used as vehicles for ideological indoctrination to transform society, drawing historical comparisons to the methods used by totalitarian regimes.
