As the election nears, the movement is emerging as a significant political factor with a roster of 250 candidates, including 106 based in Belgrade. While the list seeks to expand its reach, critics have noted a lack of representation from certain Belgrade municipalities, such as Mladenovac, which contrasts with the group’s ‘Student in every village’ campaign message.

Political support for the list is diversifying. Slobodan Janković, president of the Serbian Democratic Alliance, announced his intention to vote for the list to oppose the current ruling cartel. Additionally, Predrag Marsenić of the Authentic Right coalition expressed a desire to form a technical government with Studentska lista if they secure a majority. Connections to Montenegrin interests persist through Miloje Karadžić, a leader within the youth wing of Montenegro’s PES party, who has publicly advocated for the list to outperform the ruling SNS.
