Overview

In the Serrallés sector of Santo Domingo, 23-year-old Gustavo Adolfo III Mejía-Ricart Risk was attacked with a knife while attempting to enter his residential building. During the incident, a security guard, Augusto González Rodríguez, was also injured while trying to assist the victim.
