Overview

A series of severe storms and hailstorms have impacted the Distrito Federal region. An initial storm involving heavy hail and wind gusts of up to 80 km/h caused significant structural damage, including collapsed walls and destroyed roofs, leaving at least 25 people homeless in areas such as Planaltina, Arapoanga, and Samambaia.
