Additional factors cited include issues with a key supplier and concerns regarding the transparency of the company’s previous takeover, with leadership stating that communication from former owners was not “entirely transparent or correct.”

The company intends to propose a new restructuring plan featuring a 20 percent repayment quota to be settled within two years.
