Sony has introduced its ULT Power Sound series, a new lineup of speakers including the ULT Tower Max, ULT Tower 7, and ULT Tower 5. The series is engineered for DJs, karaoke, and large gatherings, emphasizing deep bass and high sound pressure.

The flagship ULT Tower Max provides up to 2,150 watts of output. The mid-range ULT Tower 7 offers 420 watts and up to 30 hours of battery life, while the compact ULT Tower 5 delivers 300 watts with up to 20 hours of battery life. Both the 5 and 7 models feature IPX4 splash resistance.

Technical features include a specialized ‘ULT Button’ to toggle between various sound modes, such as deep bass and high impact, as well as ‘FLAT’ and ‘LIVE’ profiles. The speakers utilize Auracast-based Party Chain technology for synchronization and offer connectivity via XLR, RCA, and USB-C. Development of the series involved collaboration with hip-hop producers to optimize low-frequency performance.
