The club has reiterated its cooperation and continues to back Eckert, with owner Dragan Solak stating he will not be dismissed.

In early August, Eckert disclosed that he had received death threats linked to the scandal. Police advised him to avoid driving and sit in the back seat of his car. He described sleepless nights, anxiety, and accepted full responsibility for authorising the spying, while noting support from fellow coaches across Europe. No final punitive decision has been issued yet.
