The prosecution intends to examine over five years of Medicare claims, hospice eligibility decisions, electronic medical records, and corporate banking activity. Shachar has pleaded not guilty to sixteen counts, while Shin has pleaded not guilty to seven counts. Both defendants have been released on bond.
