Student road safety education in Italy

Overview

Road safety education initiatives for students have been conducted in different Italian municipalities.

In Ceccano, approximately 120 students participated in the “Frena il rischio, prendi il controllo” program. Organized by Unasca in collaboration with the State Police, the program utilized interactive tools such as telelasers for speed detection, seatbelt simulators, and glasses that mimic the effects of alcohol and drugs to promote awareness among drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.
