Sunseeker International distribution restructuring

Overview

Sunseeker International has established Sunseeker Europe to oversee distribution, service, and warranty support across European and international territories. This move follows notices of intention to appoint administrators for Sunseeker London and Sunseeker Poole (SSL), which acted as the manufacturer’s independent distributors.

SSL previously managed a network of approximately 40 branches across 20 countries in Europe and North Africa, with annual sales of roughly £260m. Sunseeker International stated that production at its Dorset facilities remains uninterrupted, and existing customer orders and owner support will continue without disruption through the new entity, led by Chief Commercial Officer Andy Gawthorpe.
