Overview

In late July 2026 the Instituto Tamaulipeco para los Migrantes (ITM) began a community outreach tour in the El Mante area, promoting services such as dual‑nationality registration for children, visa‑reunification for seniors, and counseling to help migrants claim U.S. pensions and locate detained relatives.
