In response, Jonathan Day, events director of British Cycling Ventures, stated that organizers are “taking the matter seriously and are reviewing safety procedures,” emphasizing that rider safety remains a priority.

Despite rainy conditions, Lorena Wiebes maintained her lead by winning the second stage. The race continued through Powys, with Stage 4 traveling from Llanidloes through the Elan Valley to Hay-on-Wye. The event concluded in Warwickshire, passing through Kenilworth and Shipston-on-Stour, with a final stage fan zone located in Leamington's Pump Room Gardens.
