Bielefeld reported two separate accidents involving e-scooters and bicycles. One involved an 18-year-old e-scooter rider colliding with a 73-year-old cyclist while swerving to avoid a pigeon, while another incident on Heeper Straße resulted in a 60-year-old cyclist falling after being startled by an overtaking e-scooter.
