Overview

In Slovakia and the Czech Republic, several transport-related incidents were reported. In Trnava, Slovakia, a passenger train disregarded a stop signal and entered the path of a freight train, damaging two switches and disrupting rail traffic between Nitra and Trnava; approximately 50 passengers were evacuated without injury.
